This summary emphasises and highlights the areas of expertise that are essentially relevant to our company's direction since 1985, for consideration of our future clients and partners.

With our company being first and foremost an estimating service provider, we have extended our services over the past years to include project management, scheduling and detail drafting to our clients. As the present economic climate proves one of major concern, we ensure the best possible approach to client tender requirements, be it budget, study, pre-feasibility, feasibility, execution EPCM or hard money fixed pricing by offering up-front involvement.

Whilst evaluating the areas of estimating, scheduling, business development, contract administration and client liaison, one must appreciate that all of the above are in one way or another closely linked throughout an engineering appointment, with exemplary results being obtained through companies such as ours with a background in these multi-disciplinary tasks, and of course our ability to work with clientele in many varied ways such as partner, contractor, alliances or in joint ventures.

Although not mentioned through our Portfolio Summary, we possess long term proven experience and professionalism within the estimating, scheduling & project management of earthworks, civil, building, structural, mechanical, piping, epcm & owner's cost areas of project tendering through to delivery of later mentioned projects.

With the new era of contract engineering upon us, computerisation has become a major tool in the compilation of data, with the appropriate ability of enabling fast tracking of a once tedious component, i.e.: MTO's, to which I have now become substantially literate with numerous data base, spreadsheets and programs for greater control of all areas of engineering.
